We highly recommend working with Jennie! We had a cross country move to coordinate, and everything had to line up in order to make it happen. She advised us on pricing and strategy, and we were able to sell our home in 1 day! She coordinated all of the items that pop up as a seller, with excellent communication, and was efficient, professional and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Jennie was so helpful. Every part of the process she was on top of it and doing whatever she could to help it move forward. I wouldn't have been able to find such a great house as quickly as I had without Jennie.

Great service

Jennie has been extremely helpful in finding my “forever home” with everything I was looking for and selling my prior home. The market has not made it easy, but she did. She worked diligently, non-stop, researching, top-notch advertising, communicating, and getting everything we deserved without asking. She is the best agent I’ve ever had the please to work with. Thank you for everything Jennie!

Jennie was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase process. She was always available to answer questions and handle all of our concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jennie to anyone seeking an agent who is reliable and trustworthy.

I recently purchased a home in Charleston, South Carolina, and had the pleasure of working with Jennie Staal from Carolina One Real Estate. From start to finish, she was an absolute professional—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect property. She took the time to understand my needs, guided me through every step of the process with patience and expertise, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Her deep understanding of the Charleston market and her proactive communication were invaluable. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to work with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
