Jennifer’s guidance and advice as I prepared my home for marketing photos was invaluable! She has a creative eye balanced by good common sense that made all the difference. Throughout the entire process, she promptly answered questions and kept me informed even though I was often working or in the city of my new home. She took care of so many details (even taking my dog for a ride during a showing!). Above and beyond was a phrase I thought of every single day. She made repair arrangements that I’ve had to take care of when selling other homes. Her use of electronic signatures saved me a great deal of time. Her tech skills are fantastic! Again and again she handled burdens for me so I could spend the time I needed to focus on my new home and my new life!
