Jeff got us the best rate and made the paperwork easy. I was happy with the mortgage process and went back to him again to refinance when rates dropped.
I have received incredible service from everyone at Guaranteed Rate. Jeff Crain in particular has always made an extra effort to answer questions I had and quickly address my concerns. I have been a college professor for thirty years and I give Guaranteed Rate a grade of (A+).

We could not be happier with the service, communication and efficiency we received from Jeff Crain and team at Guaranteed Rate Mortgage! What a relief being in such capable hands when making the largest investment of your life! Buying a home can be stressful, but Jeff's team took as much stress as possible away making it straightforward and painless. We have purchased many homes both personal and investment and were so impressed by the level of service and professionalism this lender and team provided. We will 100% be using them for future real estate needs. The entire process from start to finish was so seamless and we were communicated to at a very high level along the way. The online application and document system they use was great and easy to navigate. Thank you Jeff, Joe, Nico, Brad, Tami and Lesley for securing us the keys to our dream home in under 30 days!
