Our situation was not typical as we purchased our home remotely and did not step into the home until after closing. As you can imagine this process had unlimited potential to cause stress. Jeanette eliminated every one of those stressors. Even though there was a 5 hour time difference between us and our new property, Jeanette was available to respond almost immediately during every conversation. The peace of mind that her attentiveness provided was priceless. I am so grateful for her help in this purchase and would recommend her to anyone.
