Ms. Jean Tidwell, Berkshire Hathaway, is a highly proficient rental agent, She found and vetted new tenants in an unbelievably short time. My rental
unit was vacant for less than two weeks. Jean helped with many ancillary details which made life easier for both me and my new tenants. I expect to
do business with Jean Tidwell and Berkshire in the near future.
Sincerely, DLW
As a real estate, investor, Jean Tidwell has been my go to real estate agent for many years. She is a delight to work with as well as being extremely knowledgeable and professional. she has always handled the big ticket items as well as the small details with determination and focused attention. She just sold my last investment property in a difficult market in a quick and highly professional manner. since I’m no longer a landlord, the downside is, I will no longer have her to artfully fill vacancies and market my property. In short, highly recommend her services for investors and homeowners alike.
Jean is a fantastic realtor! She made great suggestions prior to sale. I followed them and we had a full price offer on day 1. Just an amazing performance. Hire her! Jean is the best!
Jean was an exceptional professional in handling our property transaction. She is persistent, thorough and has a great disposition. We highly recommend Jean.
Jean was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the property and the community. We loved her energy! Plus, we were on a tight schedule and she went above and beyond to get all the paperwork to us quickly. Thanks Jean!
In my 85 years of investing in real estate, I have never encountered a Real estate agent that was as hard-working, disciplined, or more professional than Jean Tidwell. She follows every transaction every step of the way, insisting. that all
parties complete each step correctly and on time, thereby ensuring the successful completion of every transaction she takes part in.
My wife and I have known Jean Tidwell for many years and have used her for many real estate transactions, many of those involving our rental properties in Marin.
While conducting all of our transactions, she has always proven to be hard-working, highly competent, knowledgeable, and professional,
