Alex was very understanding about closing on a condo while we were away on a long boat trip. The trip was planned long ago, but a condo came up on the market just before we left. He handled everything perfectly, the remote closing only took 19 minutes. He also did some traveling, about 28 miles each way, to do the inspection and other chores.
