I wanted to write you and thank you for EVERYTHING you did to help me sell my parents' home.  When I realized the time had come to sell the house I was overwhelmed. Living in California and being an only child I didn't know where to start. Your guidance, recomendations, and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. I so appreciated that you communicated with me every step of the way and were a calming force.
