I have never had such a pleasant experience with a realtor as I did with Jason Zeller. Not only was the search and rental process quick, productive, and seamless, it was fun! The picture of professionalism, Jason truly had our best interests in mind at all times and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. He was informative, personable, accessible, and patient. I couldn't recommend someone more!

We had an excellent experience finding an apartment with Jason. Not only did he find the exact size and location 2 bedroom apartment that my sister and I were looking for, but he also found it at a price below our budget. We were working with a few different brokers at the time. Jason was always available and willing to show us apartments at off times that that worked without our hectic schedules.

From a Landlord's point of view Jason is the perfect real estate agent. He has rented several of our properties and each transaction has gone perfectly smooth. He handles everything from start to finish and all of his renters have been top notch — I did not need to even lift a finger. Having used many real estate agents in the past I can honestly say he is the best real estate agent!

Moving is stressful, but working with Jason couldn't have been easier. He is honest, works hard, and was very knowledgeable of the neighborhood I moved to. He listened and thoroughly answered all of my questions and was attentive to my needs. I would certainly work with Jason again because I know that he is motivated to help me find what’s best for me. I highly recommend working with him!

We worked with Jason Zeller when looking an apartment on the Upper East Side. As we were both new to the neighborhood, Jason's knowledge of the area was especially appreciated. Jason was very receptive to our requests and budget. From searching to signing, he made the entire process convenient, quick and successful. We highly recommend Jason as a broker.

With all of the moves I've endured throughout NYC the past several years, Jason has been by far the best broker I've worked with. His professionalism is second to none and he made the apartment search and paperwork all flow seamlessly. It took one conversation to know exactly what I was looking & he found it on his first try. I fell in love with the first place he showed me. I couldn't be happier!
