Please have a General Ledger for the fiscal year. The monthly statement to work with for tax purposes are cumbersome especially since they are not from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.

We were only with this property manager and company for about 18 months, they were responsive to client needs which was good and repaired needed appliances in a timely fashion. We had some difficulty getting in touch with our agent, but eventually got the information we needed.

The services I receive from Locations are excellent. They provide me with such peace of mind. I cannot oversee my family home and they provide the excellent service I need to maintain our home in the best condition and assure me that our home is well-maintained. Those are such invaluable services. I highly recommend Locations!

テナントさんが支払い不能になってから3カ月以上経過してやっと報告が来た。その後も余り報告は来ないままでようやくXX月XX日には退去勧告できます と報告が来てもその日が過ぎても全く報告も来ない。もう呆れてこちらから連絡をすることも辞めました。 日本の不動産管理であれば毎日きちんと報告するようなことも全く連絡が来ない。早くトラブルを解決するつもりは全くない ように感じる。最悪の管理。

I evaluate Locations accounting system very much. I also rely on Japanese customer window person in terms of customer support communication at timely manner. She is great. Although very limited property maneger is not good at communication to customers, I still rely on Locations as a company.
