We engaged Jasmin Zadegan as our buyer agent in our search for property in the Rockville and Kensington areas in Montgomery County Maryland. Jasmin was extremely helpful in educating us on each of the areas, and proved to us that she is an excellent and knowledgable professional real estate agent having a true understanding of the local housing market. She listened to our needs, answered our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way in our search and eventual purchase. She skillfully negotiated on our behalf to protect our interests and when an unexpected issue popped up during our transaction she handled everything with total professionalism. She made the entire progress completely stress-free. We would highly recommend Jasmin to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Montgomery County Maryland area.

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible support and expertise Jasmin provided during the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, Jasmin went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, stress-free, and successful. Her deep knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and genuine care for our needs made all the difference. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and negotiate on our behalf, ensuring we got the best deal possible. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we’re truly grateful for her efforts. We highly recommend Jasmin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Jasmin is terrific! She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient and gets the deal done. She was able to navigate several offers to distill the "best" one (which is not always the most money). She also advised us about several requests.

Jasmin is an excellent agent in every way. Not only did she help us find a wonderful rental a year ago, but she is why we are now moving into a beautiful home that we own! She genuinely cares about her clients as goes above and beyond to find them the perfect home. She made what can often be a frustrating process painless. Jasmin was always honest with us and it was obvious she wanted us to find the right home and not just any home. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Jasmin was a wonderful agent to work with. We lucked into finding her at an open house and she stuck with us through our housing search! She advised us honestly and took the time to clearly answer our many first-time-homebuyer questions. We are so thankful for her guidance through viewings, making offers (and, importantly, deciding not to make an offer on the wrong property), home inspection, and closing. She made herself available to us at hours convenient with our schedule and was only ever a phone call away. Beyond her professionalism and expertise, she was honestly just a great person to spend time with at viewings and to get a call from! Thank you for your help Jasmin!

Jasmin was a delight to work with! My husband and I were buying from out of town, and Jasmin would show us all the properties on video chat which made the process very easy. I also appreciated that she only showed us places within our budget and never pressured us to spend more than we were comfortable with. After losing many bids because of the hot market, Jasmin encouraged us to persist and we found a perfect place! Thanks so much Jasmin.

Jasmin is the consummate real estate professional - knowledgeable, thoughtful, experienced and candid. Plus she is so friendly it is always a joy to work with her. We first worked with Jasmin when our family moved from Colorado to Maryland and she helped make our experience a smooth success. She is highly recommended!

Jasmin is absolutely the best agent that I have the opportunity and pleasure to work with: - Extremely professional ensuring that she explained ALL details and as changes occurred, changes that I should make. (e.g. buyers request for a change in the closing date.) - Excellent interpersonal skills - Outstanding follow up through out the entire process - Excellent guidance in getting my condo ready for sale: I live out of state and she managed and reviewed several of preparation items. This was a real estate transaction and yet I felt that I was in a partnership. Jasmin is definitely platinum standard for partnership and "customer" service, which I find to be a rarity particularly given the several real estate purchases that I have made over the last two decades. After the completion of the closure signing, she invited me to coffee. She wanted to know what worked well and what could be improved. No discussion was needed for what could be improved. Ideally, I think this is exactly how the process should work. Jasmin, Thank You for making this an easy, delightful experience !

Jasmin is fantastic! I can’t overstate how insightful and helpful she was as my agent. As a first time home seller, I consistently relied on her judgment on pricing and timing the market, staging and curb appeal, and who to work with as we prepared to list my house. She was always clear about her recommendations, and upfront when there was uncertainty or multiple options we could choose from. But, importantly, it was always a conversation about the best way forward, and she clearly had given each issue plenty of thought and had my best interests in mind. When the house went on the market I had complete confidence in Jasmin’s ability to negotiate with other agents and get us the best deal possible… which she did! I strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell, including anyone anxious about the process or new to buying and selling a home. Do yourself a favor and reach out to her. You’ll be glad you did!
