Janis is by far one of the best! She took care of us and explained everything along the way so we had no concerns. This was an enjoyable experience when all was done.
Janis is beyond awesome to work with. Always available for questions & quick response with answers!!! We enjoyed working with Janis & she understood our wants & needs. We were excited to find a home to purchase!!!
We would totally use her again if we were looking for a new home!!!
I don't know how anyone could have been more precise and kept me informed to the minute than Janis Calton.
We very briefly knew some of the same people in the past, so it was fun to have that common ground.
Janis will be my first call on a possible impending real estate issue in my future.
This could not have gone any smoother in my estimation, largely due to the work Janis put into the transaction.
