Let me start with I do not like surveys for services performed but I am happy to submit this one due to the service we received. We drew the long straw w/ Jeanette Frank. Our recommendation to this agency was based on our Credit Union recommendation (PenFed, Pentagon Federal Credit Union). Being retired military we have moved multiple times and have owned 3 homes. We have had mediocre and very good agents. Ms. Frank was absolutely the best we have worked with. She not only answered our questions but she anticipated many. She worked diligently to find properties we would be interested in. The task was complicated by we were purchasing a home for our daughter and son-in-law to live. An expected 5 year home / investment property. With our diverse interests she was challenged; and easily met the challenge. Once a home was found she was diligent in working through issues we had based on the home inspection (it is an older home). We plan to move to Springfield in the next few years as our daughters now live west of the Mississippi and we do not. We 100% expect to work with Jeanette again, both in eventually selling the home we just bought but in helping our daughter and son-in-law find their long term home and us our retirement home.
