Real estate is more than showing houses-it's about being present for clients when they need me most. On the selling side, success means pricing a home correctly, preparing it for showings, and marketing it widely. For buyers, it's about understanding their goals, ensuring financing is in place, and being ready to act quickly when the perfect home appears. That's why you need an agent who brings both experience and dedication. I'm proud to have been named to the Turpin Presidents Club every year I've been with the brokerage, recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent, and recently honored as a Real Trends 2025 Award recipient, ranking among the top 1.5% of agents nationwide. My community ties run deep. I currently serve as Mayor of Chester Borough and President of the Morris County League of Municipalities. In 2024, I received the NJ League of Municipalities "Outstanding Women in Government Award" for contributions to public service. Past roles include President of the Chester Board of Education and Councilwoman for Chester Borough. This background gives me valuable insight into zoning, permits, municipal processes, and the regional market-knowledge that benefits my clients directly. Originally from Kansas City, I've also lived in Jacksonville, Florida, and Singapore. My husband Don and I have three grown children. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling with my family, serving my community, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks. When you need solid real estate advice from a skilled professional, rely on Janet. She looks forward to assisting you with your next home sale or purchase.

Janet has been fantastic and made the entire buying process so easy. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful when I had any questions on the property or how to handle particular details. All of her recommendations were great as well and were all so effective. I would recommend Janet in a heartbeat for any realtor work needing to be done
