Three things really set Janet Henley apart from most of the other dozen or so realtors I’ve worked with over the past 3 decades: 1. She knows the area. Not just pertinent details on homes, which one would expect, but also traffic patterns, neighborhood noise levels, school districts, county vs city tax implications, areas prone to flood, the impact of a home’s features (or the lack thereof) on resale, and a host of other things. 2. Not pushy in the least. If anything, she wants a buyer to proceed carefully and thoughtfully, not rushing into something they’ll regret. My long-term satisfaction, rather than her desire to make a deal, was always paramount. That’s rare among realtors. 3. She’s pleasant to be around. Deliberate and efficient, but not rushed. Thoughtful and practical. Honest and frank. I never write reviews about anything, but was compelled to write this based on my experiences with Janet.
