our realtor was attentive and focused on our needs and requests. She was available to answer any questions and ready to see any house any time we wanted. She was flexible and shared her knowledge with us. She managed the real estate market and the seller's broker with professionalism.
It is our pleasure to review Janet Thurenger and Mardee Briscoe.
Their professional expertise in handling the whole buying experience paired with a genuine caring attitude with attention to every detail made the whole process go smoothly.
And, their tireless pursuit of our satisfaction made us feel confident we made the right choice. We got our house! They truly are wonderful agents and people.
We can't recommend them highly enough!
Janet Thuringer and Marty Briscoe are just about the best providers of ANY service that my wife and I have ever encountered, not just in real estate. There might be some room for improvement possible, bu I cannot think of any. They made many valuable suggestions on how to better market our house that we could never have thought of ourselves.
I thought that I already sent my outstanding evaluation of two OUTSTANDING agents!! Janet and Marlee just cannot be matched by any other realty agents we have ever used. As senior citizens, we have purchased a multitude of homes in our lifetimes and it can be a stressful situation, however, Janet and Mardee not only eliminated our anxiety - they made the whole process a joyful one! Always assessable, Janet understood all of our wishes and anticipated any possible problems in advance (and as able to overcome issues easily). There are two sweet, hard-working, highly knowledgeable professionals.
This team is absolutely the best choice. No problem I’d too big of too small for them to tackle and they really put you’d mind at ease because they have know how, patience and grace. We’ve sold several houses with them and highly recommend.
Mardee and Janet exceeded my expectations with every step of this process with their professionalism, knowledge and service attitude.
It was truly a pleasurable experience!
