We had tried to sell our house previously with another realtor and after four months had decided to take it off the market ....Jane called me and asked if we were planning on putting our house back on the market and I said yes. The rest is history, within a week we were back on the market and our house sold in 2 days with multiple offers. Jane kept us informed every step of the way and has been amazing through this whole process! I would definitely recommend her for either buying or selling...she knows her business and is excellent at it!

We would highly recommend Jane Woodward to buyers or sellers looking for professionalism, integrity, wit, and market intelligence.

We have both bought and sold homes with Jane Woodward and she is wonderful to work with! Jane is so responsive and effective in her communications. We felt that she was looking out for us and that she was interested in what mattered in our house search. From looking at houses to analyzing the details, Jane brings years of experience, confidence, and warmth. She helped us move quickly in both transactions to achieve our desired outcome. We would definitely work with Jane again and will refer her whenever possible!

Jane did a great job pricing, marketing, and negotiating. She stayed in constant communication and provided contacts for help to get the house ready to go on the market. With Jane’s support, my purchase and sale moved through the process quickly and smoothly.

We would call Jane, no matter which company she worked for.

I’ve used Jane as our agent in a number of purchases and sales over the last 20 years. She is honest, available, experienced and a tough negotiator who goes the extra mile to close some challenging deals. Love her!

Jane is a superb agent. She took me from a "think I want to sell" from 1500 miles away, to numerous excellent offers in a matter of a few days. Sustained excellence thru accelerated closure. Market knowledgeable, fair, energetic, and rightfully well respected, I would recommend her skills and services to anyone in need of help. Great experience with a great agent.
