The process of getting a mortgage has completely changed in the last two years as we struggle with products that protect us from cybercrime and cyber criminals. Each agent in the process, loan officer, underwriter, insurance agent, etc., has their own online portal product, and they all work differently. I opened 8 portals in 8 online document processing systems to sell and buy a house. We are all asked to become computer technologists. This has been a part-time job for me.
