I have been working with Jamie (first) and Chris since 2014. She helped us find a home in a new area and got us a great deal of a house when we only had 2 weeks to find one. After 3 years, we decided to move again at Christmas,. (Challenging). It was a contingency sale from ours to the one we really wanted. We put in an offer and was accepted in 1 hour for the house we wanted. We sold our house in one DAY on the internet. Jamie and Chris worked hard to make sure we got the house we really wanted. We do not at this time have plans to move but if we do there is no doubt in our minds who we will call. Jamie is an amazing listener. She will take your wants and get to work to find it. Extremely organized and focused, she and Chris will do what is needed. She is creative, trying to find solutions to challenges on the way. I am so happy in my home. Thank you Jamie and Chris

Very courteous and professional

Jamie is great took care of everything, thank you!

Chris and Jamie did a fantastic job helping us through the process of buying our new home. I could not have asked for a more effective and caring team to get the purchase done. They have been a tremendous blessing to our family and I would recommend them for any future home buying.

My realtors were Jamie and Chris Van Vliet.  They just sold my second condo.  They are a dynamic duo, working together well and representing your company well.  What I like best about them is that when things get delicate in the negotiations and completion of the final details to bring the contract to completion, they exhibit professionalism and sensitivity to ensure the process is a good experience.  They go out of their way to assist their clients, and I am one of them!  I have referred them to several of my friends, and I am confident that they will give them the same quality, professional service that I received.  Thank you for hiring them!  God bless you,Jane Casey

- Max and Tracey H.Wow; my wife Jean and I were so blessed to have been represented by TEAM Van Vliet in selling not one, but our two homes within a five-month period. They have shown exceptional perseverance and dedication in drawing customers to our homes. I grasp some requirements of selling a home, but Jamie always has that “outta this world” great smile and attitude in dealing with Realtors, buyers, and business people. We have complete trust and confidence in recommending Jamie to our friends for any future transactions. Beyond totally satisfied. - Lou & Jean J.

They are such a quality team respect and kindness and professionalism at its best - Yvette Soudani

Jamie is without a doubt the number one realtor in my eyes she not only goes above and beyond to help you but is a fantastic judge of character. I have been in the US for 4 years and she found me my first Rental house, then my dream house with everything I wanted a pool, backyard, and lots of space for a great price. Then she rented it within one day of putting it on the market. Also sold my cousin's house and got my parents their dream vacation homes. Honestly, there is not a better person out there to help you with what you want and she is permanently smiling and happy and even drops off treats on holidays to my daughter. Jamie, you are a great friend and AMAZING at what you do. Thank you for everything!!! - Rob Commissar

Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are a real estate team that exemplifies professional excellence. Not only were they detailed enough to cover every facet of the contract process in the house at Michael Saunders & Company but they also offered additional services like staging and advice on how to promote our house to its fullest potential. The house was photographed so well it was purchased on the first day it was on the internet. Because of their diligence and dedication we were able to make a smooth transition between the two homes as they were both buying and selling agents for us. If you are serious about buying or selling a home no one will deliver like Team Van Vliet. This is the second time we have had their assistance in making our changing dreams come true. They are outstanding! - Stacy Beck/George Husfelt
