James was, by far, the best real estate agent we have ever had. When agents sell homes, they usually send postcards saying they sold a house in our neighborhood. James wrote a heartfelt letter explaining his last sale in our neighborhood and how he could help other clients. This personal touch was just the beginning of the very successful sale of our house. He went above and beyond guiding us and helping us during our sale. He is extremely experienced in the local area and has valuable knowledge of anyone connected to real estate. As far as extra help, we needed to sell a large table saw my husband had in his workshop. James stopped at a local woodworking shop to see if they might need it. Voila, they came immediately and bought it. This was a big sigh of relief because we couldn't take it with us.
