James helped me to sell my house back in April. I was in a bind because I moved here from New Jersey. I bought two properties, one for myself and one as an investment. I had bad tenants and the house ended up costing me too much. James did a great job of explaining everything to me (I'm 76 years old) and helping me though the process. We even got a bit more for the house than I thought I would. I would have left this review sooner, but I'm not so good with technology and had to get my grand-daughter to help me. Gob bless you all!
