Jimmy was absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. He made the entire home-buying process feel so much easier and was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we had along the way. He was patient, easy to work with, and we always felt like he genuinely had our best interests in mind. He helped us navigate everything smoothly and made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable.
I also want to give a quick shoutout to David, our lender, who was outstanding and incredibly helpful throughout the financing process.

Jimmy Cosentino is the consummate realtor. He is professional, knows the area well, is extremely skilled and patient and absolutely down to Earth. He has been working with my wife and I for over a year when we decided to make the move from Chicago to Tampa. He is also a former Chicago guy which makes him the greatest realtor to deal with. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jimmy! Keep in touch with us, Jimmy! Serge and Christine Ceralde and family
James did a great job negotiating the deal for property we purchased. He always made the time to show me various properties in the area. He was great to work with.
