In all that time she never promoted herself as an agent to us, she was just a friend and neighbor. Still, we thought the world of her and had always said in the back of our minds that if we ever sold it would be through her. Well, as the years went by it was finally time to make the call. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. I've always had respect for her experience and her knowledge of our neighborhood so I decided in advance to simply let her do her job and not interfere with pricing, counteroffer strategy, etc. My feeling is that if you believe in the pro you hired then let them do their job. We had an open house the next weekend and accepted an offer the following Tuesday. The house went for substantially more than the asking price and set a record in the area for the highest price received per square foot. A record that I think still stands. Jaleh is professional, personable, and prompt - hand's down the best agent to work with! She did everything right in helping us sell our home. From the start with discussing the contract terms, assisting with pre-listing work, scheduling showings with the least inconvenience, and closing the best deal - she was there for us and we appreciate everything she stands for.

I make it a rule to never write a review but Jaleh is so exceptional that I have to suspend my rule. Jaleh helped us sell our home in Saratoga. We needed landscaping and she found us a landscaper who was economical and made our home look incredible. Selling seemed effortless. She sold our home for more than asking without even going on the open market. Jaleh knew just what to do to get us top dollar and an easy sale. Her professionalism made a stressful time pleasant.
