This was an amazing experience. My aging parents are transitioning into managed care and their house had fallen into a state of disrepair. I live in Canada and was nervous about getting all the necessary tasks accomplished. I needn't have worried. Jackie handled all the contractor work and spent my parents' dollars as carefully as if they were her own. She priced the house correctly and we got multiple offers above asking price. Throughout it all, Jackie was a excellent communicator. She was instantly responsive to texts. She was kind and canny. Her wonderful demeanor extended to all parties involved on both sides of the transaction. The good will Jackie engendered was so pervasive, everyone felt comfortable enough to pull the official closing date a week ahead of schedule. I wish I had more property in the Raleigh area just so I could have the pleasure of engaging Jackie to sell it for me!
