We knew Jack and were familiar with his expertise and great success in our neighborhood; however, we had lived in our house for 49 years and were very inexperienced in downsizing and preparing to move. On a very fast track, Jack guided us on what we needed to do and who could help us with both the downsizing and the necessary upgrades to maximize the market value of our home. We had not anticipated how hard letting go of our decor would be, but again Jack’s firm and professional guidance got us through and resulted in a very successful and quick sale !
