It was very fantastic experience working with Jack on buying my first house. He was very accommodating with my time to be able to look at houses, and was very knowledgeable about the houses we looked at.
It was also nice to be able to talk about possible improvements with him on houses that we looked at and possible costs for it. It made the financial side a lot more straight-forward to figure out how soon I would need to work on the issues to fix them.
He is also a delight to work with because he is able to tell jokes with everyone he deals with, whether it be me, the inspectors, or the other agents.
