I have been working with Izumi on and off for the past 7 years. In that time we have bought five houses together and sold two. His ethics are impeccable and I can't say enough good things about him, honestly my track record with him speak for itself since I wouldn't continue to use him were he not so good at what he does, easy to work with and a great person in general.
