It took us two seasons to find the perfect house, Irene showed us dozens of houses, including many great private market finds, and never pressured us to settle. In the end we found our dream house and she negotiated a very competitive price. She was super helpful on the sale and purchase side, including dealing with the complexity of contingent purchase offers and a rent back on our sale.

I have to admit that i was, at first, frustrated with the lack of information that was shared with me, but then had to understand that some personal information/circumstances, just couldn't be shared due to privacy issues. Working in the compliance/privacy arena, I absolutely understood why Ms. Burciaga was only able to communicate what she could, when she could and in most cases that was at least 2-3 times a week.
She is very knowledgeable and her professionalism is outstanding! I appreciate everything she did!
