Ingrid was great on helping us find our home. She had a lot of market knowledge and was very professional. She advised us on every step of the process. Thank you Ingrid!

very responsive and pleasant to deal with. she's the best.

Ingrid is great. I found Ingrid to be very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I only gave the first question an 8 because I haven't had experience with Ingrid acting as my agent.

Ingrid went out of her way many times to help us find a great rental. The is friendly and very helpful. She did a great job for us.

From the beginning Ingrid helped us think of all the options and even opened us up to new ideas or things we hadn't thought of. She referred us to a great lender and we were able to get into the home of our dreams. Thank you to First Team and Ingrid for all the great work.

I appreciate Ingrid's knowledge of the market conditions in selling our home. Her marketing pieces are above what I have seen at many other homes for sale. She puts our needs and concerns as a top priority in working for and with us. I appreciate how organized she is and her thought process with the paperwork and options that we had. She goes beyond what seemed to us as a typical transaction.. I recommend Ingrid as she will get the job done and them some. Phyllis & Ralf Tuchmann

Ingrid has all the qualities that one could want in a real estate agent. I felt that her dedication to my success was always apparent. She was thorough with her knowledge and follow through to my every question. She brought her vast array of knowledge to my project and showed her confidence as she supported me through the tough spots. She and her team payed attention to detail and kept the timeline in check. I really felt I was in good hands.
