I had the pleasure of working with Celeste in purchasing a condo in downtown Charleston.  Even before meeting me in  person Celeste worked hard to find listings that may be of interest to me.  During our visit Celeste showed us properties even in the pouring rain.  After we left Charleston Celeste tirelessly looked for listings and saw 3 different units on 3 different occasions.  We made an offer in May and Celeste arranged for inspection and even supervised its implementation!  She spent hours on the phone talking to sellers , in the end the original contract had to be terminated for issues with the seller and the unit, but Celeste worked out another offer in the same building and ratified it within a week of the othe termination.  Celeste worked very hard with a tough seller's team, but in the end made it work and got me an amazing unit.  I felt Celeste was representing my best interest.  She went above and beond all expectations.  Her communication skills and dedication to the acquisition of this property is outstanding.  My parents own 6 rental properties in New Your City and have worked with many agents over the years.  They can attest to the fact Celeste, by far, has been the best Real Estate Agent they have ever met and I am truly lucky to have met her and look forward to further acquisitions with her in the future.

He followed through on the inspection and negotiations for repairs. He helped me find the right people to do the repairs.
