Holly Woodhams is the best of the best in her real estate expertise, customer service, communication, responsiveness, and proactive approach. She truly cares about her work and the people she supports. Holly went above and beyond to keep us informed at every step of buying our new home and selling our current one. When facing a significant life change like moving, it’s reassuring to have such confidence in your realtor. We had complete trust in Holly and would 100% recommend her to anyone. Thanks, Holly, for all of your support!
Great experience! Holly was very professional, respectful of everyone involved, had great ideas, made everything feel like a team decision, and was always a great listener.
Holly has helped us twice now, once to sell a home and once to buy. Both times she has been fantastic to work with, and we have appreciated her market expertise and quick response times. I highly recommend Holly!
I appreciate how kind and patient you were in helping me navigate the sale of the home that my mom loved so much. It is hard to let go of something that had so many memories and meant so much to me. <3
Holly was wonderful to work with! She was very detailed and prompt to respond. She was very thorough and explained each step of the process to us which was really appreciated since we were first time home buyers. I'll be recommending her to anyone I know that's in need of a realtor.
Holly made everything happen! I reached out to Holly at 8:30am as we had an appointment with the listing realtor at 9:00am. I woke up realizing I needed a realtor representing us, not both us and the client. She was on her way to her daughter's house in Grand Rapids and turned around immediately to show us the house at 9:00am.
Things did not appraise out with the first appraiser. We changed to her lender and the new appraiser had more lake frontage experience. She was amazing communicating our wants to the seller's agent and getting it closed in time to take occupancy before Thanksgiving. Thanks Holly, you are amazing and we would recommend you and your mortgage guy, Russ Cross to everyone!
