Holly did a amazing job! From the beginning, it was obvious she was the agent for me. She explained everything clearly and lined out a excellent plan for how we were going to sell the house in a short amount of time and get my asking price (she did both). Every step of the way Holly was very good at communicating. Whether it was something I needed to do or keeping me in the loop with what other agents and potential buyers were saying, she was on it! Holly made the stress of selling the house almost non-existent. There was one issue near the end of the transaction that had to be taken care of. Holly took care of all the phone calls and setting up the appointments to get the work done. I can't say enough about how happy I was with the whole process. I wish I had met her before I purchased the house I'm currently in so she could have helped me with this one too! I'll definitely use her next time. Thanks for everything Holly!!

We’re so grateful to have had Holly’s help finding our new home. She took the time to understand what we truly needed and was patient every step of the way. Her knowledge and guidance made us feel confident throughout what can be an exciting yet intimidating process. In the end, we found a fantastic home—and Holly made it all possible.

We were referred to Holly by a family member, and we couldn't have wished for a better advocate! As out-of-state buyers, we needed extra assistance, flexibility, and understanding... and she surpassed our expectations in ALL categories. We won't hesitate to call her when we sell this home and will recommend her to anyone who needs a truly wonderful Realtor! She was easy to work with, offered creative solutions, volunteered to handle on-site estimates for us, and was simply fun to work with. Five stars all around!

Holly went above and beyond to help us as we live out of town. She made sure all things we needed were taken care of so the sale of our home went smoothly. We really appreciated all she did for us!

Holly is extremely easy to work with and responsive to all needs and requests. We were living in another state during marketing and she handled many local issues that came up with the house. Holly is someone you should use if you need to sell your home!
