Dealing with an estate of family member can be a difficult time and I didn't have time to really invest myself in properly preparing and selling a home. Holly recognized this and assured me that she and Owen would take care of everything. And they did from the first call to the closing. They went above and beyond with making arrangements, phone calls, dealing with the HOA, explaining who to call and what to say when I did have to do some leg work. They did the working and worrying behind the scenes so I wouldn't have to. They even put many hours into organizing and clearing the items from the house and taking to donation centers. They arranged absolutely everything including a price above my expectation and quickly. They were so helpful beyond being my realtors that I can't say enough about my experience with them. I will recommend to all family and friends.
