Overall good service from agent and company. One thing that would help some clients would be providing information about current rental rates in similar (size, appearance, condition, etc.) neighboring homes.

Satisfied overall with locations but noticed you folks never suggest rental increases for existing tenants I have to suggest it because every year maintenance fees go up $20 a month on average so I end up losing money as time goes by. Asking maybe to keep my rent commensurate to comparable units in the same building.
Hiro is still the best. I know he’s busy with other properties but he manages prompt replies and the excellent attention. He’s one of those guys that brightens my day out of all the other business I have. He’s well balanced and a joy to work with.
Our property manager, Hiro, has been working closely with us to mange and maintain our properties. He is always accessible, communicates well, and handles issues efficiently. We are fortunate to have Hiro as our property manager.
Hiro works hard and has good rapport. He is a people person. And so if he has trouble with any tenant or landlord it’s because they are just difficult people to be around. I would always lean toward Hiro as the peace maker and voice of reason.
