Overall, we had a great experience with Wisconsin Mortgage. Our loan processors were very help and prompt in helping us with questions we had.
The only negative experience we had occurred the evening before our closing meeting. The two loan processors who were working with us seem to have miscommunicated about the final closing costs, and we were forced to scramble and acquire a cashier's check for almost $1000 the next morning, just an hour prior to closing. It was very unsettling and we are still somewhat confused about the why the extra cost was added. Aside from that, we had a positive experience.
Herb, Ryan and my underwriter worked very fast and thorough to get my loan to process. It not only took less than a week but whenever I emailed Herb freaking out or with a question he made sure to give me a call as soon as possible. They communication is very well! I would recommend them to others!
All I can say and a big 'THANK YOU" to Herb and Ryan and every one involved in the loan process. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The process was easier than I thought it would be. Your hard work and dedication paid off in the end and enabled me to get into my new home.
