She would be honest and candid and sometimes while her responses were different than we had hoped, we always listened. So when it came time to list our house (while living in Fl.) Henie's advice was welcomed. Then she guided us through the process, showed up multiple times a day and when the house was listed it sold in 3 days. He advice was safe, she worked tirelessly to make sure we had a great experience and she maximized what we could get for our home. We were not around, she came in every morning turned the heat and lights on made the home welcoming and come over every night to make sure all was locked up, the heat down and lights out.
