I contacted Helen at the end of November to let her know that I needed to sell my house right away due to family health issues. She got the word out quickly and by the time the house went live on the market on 12/11, there were nine showing requests. There were two offers above my asking price and we discussed the details about those offers so I could make the best decision. On 12/13, I had accepted an offer, and the closing was done on 12/30.
