Heidi absolutely went above and beyond to help us get into our home. We had the above more than normal obstacles in the process and she plus loan officer took care of everything from sending papers to those requesting them, phone calls, things that needed improvement according to the appraiser, and emotional support. I have 2 special needs kids and am at a new job so she carried the process along knowing my plate was full. She had great communication and always was met with positivity. I definitely felt she was on my team and helping me towards my goal. I would recommend her over and over again!!
