After 31 yrs in my home, I found myself living in a house, not a home. I called Hedy Sawyers immediately. She visited, took notes and returned with a notebook filled with a list of how the process worked. I was pleased since I knew nothing after so long. Tasks such as cleaning the house, purging as I went, appointments for staging (yes, she is the master of this). Re-clean, pack personal items. Review comparisons of the neighborhood houses for sale and just sold. Decision of asking price (one that would appraise correctly) and then having the best photographer to present my home on line. My house became a home again. It was perfectly orchestrated by Hedy…the PRO! 2 days after the listing went live, she received a call for a tour. I suspect after looking at over a dozen houses from Dallas to Rowlett, the couple had made up their minds. This was the one that sparkled the shiniest for them. They toured and then returned the next day with all the in-laws. That night they submitted an offer and the rest is history. All that being said, Hedy was THE professional, got the process started promptly, taught me along the way. I was very much informed and my thoughts were included.
