Working with Heather was an absolute dream.I moved to California and was not in Tucson. She was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond every step of the way, even rolling up her sleeves to help clear out my house and kept the yard looking great. She was in constant contact with me, and informing me of everything that may needed to be done and outcome of open houses, Heather is remarkably persistent, incredibly proactive, and genuinely friendly. If you want a courteous agent who works tirelessly to get the job done, hire Heather!

Heather is not just an amazing realtor. She is an amazing person. You can tell within her professionalism because she takes the time address all and any concerns, joys, roadblocks, and successes through out the process of buying a home. She nurtures the experience for you as the homebuyer while assertively watching out for you in all aspects of journey. You know that she wants you to be happy in your new home. We had some interesting turns with moving from out of state. Heather took the time to show us the homes we needed to see to narrow down our wants and needs. When we found a place, the seller was living internationally and, under the surface, the home had been let go. Heather made the process of inspections, quotes, and negotiation feel far less stressful than it probably should have for two first time home buyers who were not looking for a fixer upper. She has been there every step of the way with kindness, excitement, and a “can-do” attitude that was infectious while some personal challenges arose for me. If it wasn’t for Heather’s grace under pressure, flexibility, knowledge, and patience I might not be typing this review from my cozy spot in my new home. Thank you so much Heather for the next step in my journey.

We had an outstanding experience working with Heather. From day one, she was supportive, attentive to every detail, and committed to helping us through each step of the process. Her combination of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine warmth made what could have been stressful feel smooth and even enjoyable. What stood out most was how available and responsive she was—no question went unanswered, no concern went overlooked. Her deep understanding of the process, paired with their personable approach, gave us complete confidence that we were in the right hands. We would refer Heather McClaren in a heartbeat. In fact, we already have. Working with her wasn’t just productive—it was a pleasure.

Heather McClaren, let’s get that name out there in the Realtor World of Excellence! There wasn’t a stone left unturned by this professional to make sure this ‘ol Veteran and his wife were happy and satisfied. Finding the right place that met our expectations and the financial aspects that go along with it, are one of the top stressors in life. The ease of which she understood our desires in a home, she was able to show us homes that we would consider, and not waist our time on undesirable homes. Her knowledge base on the connections of other required services, such as loans, insurance, inspections and the likes made it a pleasure working with her. Not one of the “new kids on the block” so to speak, she’s been at this a while and the experience shows. I highly recommend her to anyone from the most experienced home buyer to the first time home buyer.

Working with Heather McClaren was a great experience from the start. She was realistic and honest about the market, and her marketing strategies really made sense. And they worked! I am definitely a satisfied client and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather and Long Realty to any of my friends and associates.

I've known Heather for a little over 8 years now. So I'm aware of how professional she is, and how much she puts into her career. This is the 2nd house we've sold with her, and she did an amazing job.

Heather was spot on with her information and planning the pricing and sale of my house. She was very thorough with providing me with all the latest local home selling trends and pricing, which helped me with adjusting the selling price of my home accordingly. I believe her personal attention to all the aspects of the sales process is what made my house sell as quickly as it did. Thank you, Heather.

Heather was knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate transaction from listing to closing. She is thoroughly educated on the markets and processes to sell and close your house in a timely manner. We really appreciated working with Heather.
