Heather Kinealy was a key part of our relocation process from out of state. Everyone went above and beyond and had steller local relationships and reputations. All of this made a huge difference and worked in our favor. 3). She is SO good at what she does. She knows the market, the area, she listens to what you want, she educates without pressuring. You will always feel that she has your back and your best interest in mind because she truly does. 4). Not only will you like her, your buying and/or selling teams will as well. This matters. Her reputation and her ability to forge authentic and meaningful relationships get deals done.
