We are very pleased with the service from Heather on behalf of your company. As both a friend and neighbor, she was very familiar with our home and our needs and used that information in the most beneficial way to carve out a sales campaign that was completely successful. Receiving a full price offer within two days of listing we have to say was success. Thank you for a great effort. Paul and Sally Serbu.

"Heather and Bill were available to answer our questions throughout the entire process. They held our hand during some challenges and treated us like family. We contracted with a service to purchase our current home for a cash offer. Through many stressful and confusing conversations with that company, Heather and Bill we always there to answer questions, give guidance and support us. Their attention to detail, timely communication, and genuine care for our needs made a significant difference. What could have been a tumultuous move was made smoother due to their professional skill, care, and exceptional negotiation expertise. They went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home, navigating each step with patience and dedication. We are delighted with our new home in our new town, and we truly appreciate the seamless transition they facilitated. Heather and Bill's local knowledge and personalized approach gave us confidence and peace of mind. We know we will use Heather and Bill again for any future real estate needs and will gladly refer them to our friends and family."

Bill & Heather were up fo the adventure in finding my dream home. I started out looking at one type of property & wound up buying something totally different. They were there to guide me every step of the way & ensure that the purchase of my home went smoothly. When I decided to sell just a short time later, I thought selling on my own would be easy & listed for sale by owner. Heather came & met with me, we discussed strategy, staging, marketing elements & I ultimately changed course & am so grateful I did. The process was smooth & seamless. Heather & Bill have become not just friends, but family.

Heather and Bill provided an outstanding service! At all times we were made aware of any developments and put our trust in them to deliver the best outcome. And, they did! Thank you both!
