Heather has helped me buy and sell properties multiple times. This latest transaction was very sentimental and she went above and beyond making the process as smooth as it could be. She is very knowledgable, and does her due dilligence. 10/10 definately recommend.
I’ve worked with Heather multiple times over the years on both the buying and selling side of things. This particular purchase was not an easy one. She handled difficult negotiations and closing issues promptly and professionally and got us to the closing table. 10/10.
Heather has now worked with us through both the house selling and buying process. She made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We highly recommend her expertise.
We couldn't have been happier. Heather made the entire process move smoothly. We're completely satisfied and will be recommending her services to others.
Heather did such an amazing job!!!! She went above and beyond to sell our house! We are out of state and left our house in her hands. The process was seamless! Thank you Heather Guminski!!!!!!!
