Where to begin?! I feel like I struck gold when I met and decided to use Harper Fox as my realtor. I moved to NC recently from out of state and needed to do so on a somewhat short timeline. I had limited time to physically be in the Charlotte area to look for my new home; this was stressful to be sure. Harper gave me his undivided attention ahead of each visit (via phone calls, email, texts, etc.) to hone in on what might be a good fit for me. He made it his business to really get to know me. After our first outing he had me pegged. He was incredibly respectful of my time and showed me inventory with purpose. He was genuinely 'protective' and wanted to ensure that whatever I made an offer on was really going to be a quality investment. Once I landed on a place I knew I could love, he did the research and negotiated a great deal for me. Harper took care of every detail right through closing. To say that Harper went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor is an understatement. I'm all moved in and have started my life in a home that is the fruition of my 'non-negotiables' list and vision - I love my new home and credit Harper Fox!

Harper is the absolute BEST. Flexible, knowledgable, compassionate and attentive. He heard every concern and desire we had in a home and was never pushy. We could always tell he wanted what was best for us. When we found the right home he was at bat for us making sure we knew all of our paths and what they each meant down the road. Even after purchase, he was a wealth of knowledge around where we could turn for work that we wanted to do. 11/10 would recommend!
