Harold Ashworth was great. He is very professional and very friendly. He was aware of details along the way, some of which could have caused delays, and quickly addressed them. He alerted us early of potential situations so we were prepared when some occurred. The delay in our closing caused by a loan problem situation in a sale back in our chain of house transfers, created a difficult situation. Harold helped us keep the buyers engaged, and they finally took out a temporary loan to complete the purchase. Harold was patient and kept us calm through the various resulting negotiations, and we made it to the final closing. We had an extremely good experience with Harold.
