Hans Taal was referred to us by a friend. While we used him to help us locate a rental home, he gave us all of the time and attention that he would have provided to someone looking to buy.
He truly understood our needs, helped us to identify the right neighborhoods and property and spent a lot of time working with us on the fairly complicated process for renting a home in Ontario.
Our realtor, Hans, really went out of his way to get us into the right home with as little stress as possible!
When we get ready to buy we will certainly reach out to him as well as recommend him to friends looking to buy in the area.
We found Hans to be honest and realistic and very professional, he kept us informed of the state of the market and we were very satisfied with our sale.
Hans was great!!
All options were addressed and delt with.
I was most impressed with the thoroughness of the approach and in the end there was a sale. Thank you for guiding me through a difficult stage in my life. I am so happy that I had a compassionate professional to go though this process with.
Hans was recommended by friends that listed with him and
we are extremely pleased with
his professional commitment
to his profession. He truly cares about his clients.
We have known each other for years and Hans did a great job on working with us to get great value in the sale of our existing home. Given the wide geographic net and requirements we tabled for our new home purchase, Hans was very patient and accommodating in working with us to assess our options, to locate possible properties and always willing to go 'take a look' at possibilities no matter what or where they were.
Hans helped us secure an interim rental and worked with us through the whole process. This really helped us zero in on what we really wanted and helped us locate the property we finally purchased. We are very pleased with how things turned out and really appreciated Hans' efforts and support throughout the whole process in a very difficult 'sellers' market. Would have no reservation in recommending his services to others.
