I have been using Guild Mortgage as my Primary Lender for the past 2 plus years. They have never failed my clients or myself in any way. They go above and beyond in Customer Service. They have a Personal Touch that is Priceless!!!! We have had over 75 closings together and they all went very smooth! You know I am happy with them when I tell you that they also have provided me with my own Personal Mortgage. Erica, Caitlyn, Lisa & Sharon......It doesn't get any better than this!!!!!
Kris Davis and his team at Guild Mortgage do an EXCELLENT job. Having been in the mortgage business for 12 years I understand the job and can tell you they are among the best in the industry.
Guild Mortgage has been a major part of my success in my Real Estate over the past 3 years. Guild Mortgage has serviced all my clients that I have referred them in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend other realtors and developers to reach out and create a relationship with Kris Davis at Guild Mortgage.
Guild Mortgage is one of the best and service oriented mortgage companies I have worked with in the 30 years i have been in real estate. Their rates, service, and personal touch is second to none!
"Our experience with Guild Mortgage has been positive in every aspect! The ease of filling out paperwork, communicating with their representatives, and the closing procedure was stress-free and expedient. They kept us appraised on any and all aspects of the process along the way. We definitely recommend Guild Mortgage to anyone wishing to buy in the Myrtle Beach area! Thanks again for bringing a happy "ending" to our lovely new home!!!" Sincerely, Larry and Nancy Matthews
Our loan process with Guild couldn't have been any easier. We spoke with Kris Davis to begin with and he gave us all the information we needed to get things started. Then Lisa Melvin took over and she couldn't have been easier to work with. Lisa handled all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner and kept us informed of the entire process. Outstanding team! Thanks for making this entire process flawless. Excellent service!
