2nd time using Greg. He is great, very knowledgeable. The Group has a dialed system in getting to the finish line. It was appreciated.

Gregg is awesome! This is our 3rd transaction with Gregg (buying and selling) and we couldn't be happier. His knowledge of the market, his responsiveness, his insight/perspective in negotiations and his willingness to go above and beyond makes a big difference. We fully trust Gregg and we're very happy he has been a part of our experience with two purchases and one sale.

Gregg Thomas was an outstanding agent! This was my first time through the process and he was an excellent guide. When the right house came along, I had the experience and information to confidently move on it. I think Gregg's work on our offer was key for it getting accepted. Gregg strikes the perfect balance of helpful but not pushy. Huge thanks to him and I would absolutely work with Gregg again as well as refer friends!

Gregg Thomas was very helpful showing us many houses and helping us make strong offers on several before we got to the perfect one. He was thoughtful and compassionate through the entire process and made sure we had all of our questions answered every step of the way. I strongly recommend Gregg.

A pleasure working with Gregg biting our home in Fort Collins! Communication , knowledge, personal care and recommendations all ten 🌟

My wife and I were very impressed with Gregg's knowledge of the market in the Fort Collins area. He helped us to hone in on what we valued in a home, and once that was dialed in his guidance on homes on the market and the various neighborhoods was extremely valuable. Gregg really worked to get to know who we are, and is easy to work with, very prompt and thorough with communications. It's been a long time since we shopped for homes; we couldn't have done it without Gregg's help!

There are no words to adequately describe the seemingly unlimited service and attention to detail Gregg provided in both the sale of my previous home and purchase of my new one. It was outstanding! When a challenge, detour, conflict, misunderstanding, unrealistic expectation, etc. did appear, Gregg either had an immediate solution or found one quickly. Gregg is ethical and honest, making it easy to trust him through the often confusing and potentially risky process. He has built a strong network of excellent colleagues who assist his clients with identical professionalism. The Group is very fortunate to have him as an agent.

Gregg is simply the best — his availability, professionalism, excellent communication skills, understanding of every real estate issue, law, and process are just a few of his many qualities. Even in the most difficult situations, he is supportive and thoughtful in how to navigate ethically and appropriately! I would recommend Gregg WITHOUT any reservations! The Group is very fortunate to have such an amazing agent!

Gregg was so patient and kind towards us as clients. Our families decisions over a three year span changed a couple times and dramatically. And Gregg was with us every step of the way. We could not have sold our house as fast and as financially beneficial to us if we had not had Gregg's experience, hard work, and knowledge going in our favor. I wish we Gregg would move with us to North Carolina so he could find us our new home here.

I have asked for “Gregg services” over the years for a few different types of real estate transactions. He responds whether I’m “ready to sell/buy” or simply have “what if” questions. He has never put me off because I’m not ready to “move”. He has continued to help me understand the market, the current times, and guide me along my quest for knowledge. He has alleviated so much extra stress in my life over the last few decades ;-) I believe this is my final Fort Collins transaction and he handled it exactly like I expected from the beginning to the end. Amazing customer service, efficient, responsive; there is no business hour clock. He is available 24/7. I truly believe I have made my smart real estate decisions because of his expert timing where we could close the deal. He provides the background, the research, all of the things so I do not have to worry. I can trust in Gregg to clarify my options so I can make an informed choice. Unfortunately, there are too many players trying to jump in the real estate game, but I have supported this solid real estate company since moving to Colorado. Gregg has never led me astray. If I ever have a real estate need in the future in the NoCo area, I will definitely call Gregg.
