Greg was amazing. We were initially looking for land to build and he was very knowledgeable about which properties were good candidates. When we put in an offer he had great advice about how to frame the offer (and it was accepted over another bidder's offer). He went out of his way multiple times to contact other agents, county officials and property surveyors. And when we couldn't find a surveyor to assess the property in time he was able to get unofficial feedback from a surveyor who had looked at the property before. Based on this we withdrew our offer - and he could have easily not given us this unofficial feedback and just taken the commission. When we decided to look for a house instead, Greg showed the same dedication and knowledge. We were able to purchase a beautiful home after multiple rounds of negotiation with the sellers for significantly below asking price.
