When I found a house I wanted to buy, he carefully researched comparable properties so we could make an informed offer that, with skillful negotiation, resulted in a very satisfactory price. Gregg had a standing relationship with many inspectors who were all able to complete their work in less than a week allowing us to close in just two weeks. Gregg and Justine were there for every inspection to ensure I had the most accurate information about what the house needed. This particular house was well built and in a great location but did have extensive deferred maintenance. Gregg was of enormous help after the house closed in finding workmen to fix everything. He even obtained bids for me for painting and roofing and other work. I was so grateful as I have never had agents do so much additional work after a sale had been concluded.
