I have been a client of Greg and Molly Wehking for many years. They have been wonderful to work with. I met Greg when my 25-year-old son was only 1 year old, and my 33-year-old daughter was about 8. He has literally been involved with my family and watched my kids grow up for most of their lives. I bought my first home with Greg and have bought and sold a few more from there with him and Molly. When my daughter became a young adult, they helped her and her husband purchase their first starter home and also their second larger home that they moved up to a few years later. Now my daughter has had a baby and Greg and Molly are getting to see a third generation in our family! Perhaps in another 20 years or so if they are not retired they will be helping her buy her first home too! LOL Most recently he helped with our land purchase to build what I am hoping will be our final home on. Greg and Molly have been wonderful not only at their job but have grown to be like extended family over the last 24 years.
Working with Greg left a very positive impression with me. He did an amazing job, especially with his prompt communication skills and his follow thru. I look forward to working with him again, expanding my real estate investment portfilio!!
Another excellent transaction from Molly and Greg! They make the process easy and enjoyable!
Greg and Molly rank five stars in my opinion. With the particular buyers we had they saved us countless headaches, dealing with the buyer and their agent throughout the process . kudos to them.
